CPFilms Inc. warrants the products
specified below against cracking, peeling or demetalizing for the periods
specified below when installed in a vehicle by an authorized LLUMAR/CPFilms Inc
installer in accordance with manufacturer's recommended installation procedures.
- Premium dyed films are warranted for
a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
- UV Shield is warranted for as long as
the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle. UV absorbers will
change slightly over time depending on atmospheric conditions. These minor
changes are not considered warranty defects.
- Centaur and high performance films
are warranted for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the
vehicle.
- Platinum Plus films are warranted
against color change for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership
of the vehicle
The above warranty does not cover fading
or any defects other than those specified above, and is made solely to the
original purchaser and may not be transferred. If any product specified above
fails to conform to the warranty during the application period, Purchaser may
obtain replacement and installation of the product free of charge at any
authorized LLUMAR/CPFilms Inc. installer anywhere in the United States and Canada.
The obligation of CPFilms Inc. under this warranty is limited to replacement of
products but conforming to the warranty. Proof of purchase will be required by the
authorized installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
